Shipping policy

Under normal circumstances all orders received by 4pm (Monday to Friday) will be despatched within 48 hours assuming the stock is available. In the case of stock not being available we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.

Shipped packages to mainland UK destinations should arrive between 3 and 5 working days from despatch.

Cost of shipping is £5.95 for all orders under 20kg

One large candle weighs approximately 550g.

For larger orders please contact us before placing your order so we can arrange for the additional shipping charges.

Studio pick up is also available on request.

Our candles are packed in reusable cotton drawstring bag with handmade paper labels and dispatched in a recyclable brown mail bag or box.
